Sometimes when you install a new product for GP, that product doesn’t have a default security setup. You’ll need to create your own tasks and assign them to roles. The best way to find items that are not included in any security tasks is to run the Unassigned Security Operations report found at Admin|Reports|System|Security.
The report shows all of the Windows, Reports and Files that are not part of security setup. If everything is assigned to a task the report should be empty.
