Now that Professional Service Tools are free, Microsoft is slowly incorporating them into the product, rather than hanging them off like an appendage. Customer Combiner and Customer Modifier have been added into GP 2013 SP2 under Sales Utilities. Even better, the two have been improved allowing users to make changes to a single customer, key in multiple customers or import a file of customers to change or combine.
Also keep in mind, this is one of those utilities that a lot competing products just don’t have. It’s great to be able to fix customer number.
