# Weekly Dynamic: Fixed Asset Accounts in SmartLists

In GP 2010 and higher, when you run a SmartList, you can use the Column button and add the actual GL accounts assigned to an asset from the account card. This is fantastic for troubleshooting a fixed asset with a  wrong account and for reconciling at month end.

I don’t know when this was added but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t there in version 9 and it’s definitely there in GP 2010. This makes it really easy to put the General record and the  Book record together in spreadsheet and pivot them to confirm that everything matches to the right accounts.
