GP 2013 changed the electronic reconcile setup to include BAI as a prebuilt setup option. When you pick BAI as a the File Format, the box populates with the BAI format settings. The codes are already populated as well. Microsoft also provides instructions to modify the file for the BAI 2 file format. This is pretty easy so get reconciling.
