# Support Debugging Tool version error on GP 2010 RTM

I was one of a number of folks who found [this little error](https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/developingfordynamicsgp/2010/05/11/support-debugging-tool-version-error-on-gp-2010-rtm/)  when we rushed to installed the Support Debugging Tool on the RTM version of Dynamics GP 2010.  It’s nice to see a permanent fix coming but the workaround described in [Developing for Dynamics GP : Support Debugging Tool version error on GP 2010 RTM](https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/developingfordynamicsgp/2010/05/11/support-debugging-tool-version-error-on-gp-2010-rtm/ "Developing for Dynamics GP : Support Debugging Tool version error on GP 2010 RTM") works just fine.
