Removing GP Workflow 1.0…yes 1.0 or Sharepoint workflow

Belinda reached out to me last week with a message from another consultant. A client using GP 2010 had been using GP’s Sharepoint workflow. Since the new workflow is Workflow 2.0, we’ll call this Workflow 1.0. In this case, the company had lost access to their Sharepoint site and everything that touched Sharepoint from GP was broken making it impossible to process transactions.

I did some poking around and found this post https://community.dynamics.com/gp/b/gpjanakiram/archive/2009/11/04/reset-workflows-in-dynamics-gp with instructions on disconnecting workflow 1.0. The consultant confirmed that this worked, so I’m reposting to make this easier to find.
