This has happened to me twice in the last month so I’m posting this so I can find it again. If you are missing the email setting on navigation lists for vendors or customers go here Mass Customer EMail Settings – Microsoft Dynamics GP Community Forum and scroll down to the verified answer.
Hint: clear the SY07240 table and let GP rebuild it.
