The US Dynamics GP Field team has some specifics and a solution if your GP solution locks up during SOP Posting. You have to use a support request to ask for the hotfix so there’s no link here. That seems dumb to me. It would be nice to see some transparency around how a typical hotfix is different from one you have to ask for.

Anyone from MS willing to step up an explain this?
