In a new Feature of the Day, Microsoft shows off Multi-User Editing in Returns Management

‘Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Returns Management will now allow 2 or more users to edit different lines of the same RMA. This will allow to speed up processing of RMA’s. Currently only a single user may be editing an RMA.’
